Wow! The Lewiston Tribune wrote that our area has enough water resources to handle a population base up to 64 million people in the future years! Close your eyes and just imagine....
Imagine our LC Valley - where things that "were"... still are! Yes, horses and cows (even peacocks) reside in my neighborhood along with new construction, decrepit construction, well maintained construction.... empty ravines, lots for sale. Our taxes are levied just the same as the folks down the street with 6 junked cars in their front lawn. As long as we pay, we stay!
What I'm trying to say, is that it is ludicrous to think about a megalopolis of people, places and things that come along with 64 million people when we live in one of the least populated and laxly zoned counties in the states of Idaho and Washington.
I still love living here. It's easy. It's convenient. It's laid back. It's the LC Valley! It has room for 64 million. But they won't find us! They won't like us if they do. They want to live in a more exciting place!
